Sundays


9:30-10:20 - Age appropriate Bible studies for everyone, including two studies for adults. Pastor Phil teaches a class on the foundational teachings of Scripture - great for folks new to the faith.

10:20-10:45 - Coffee and donuts, and we're buying.

10:45-12:15 - The main service - congregational singing and verse-by-verse teaching. We tend to focus on the New Testament letters since this teaching is specific to the church. We think it's important to help people not only to understand the Bible, but to be able to use it for themselves; so bring your Bible. We teach primarily from the New King James version; but bring whatever you have. If you don't have a Bible, no worries - we'll be happy to give you one. Just come as you are!

6:00-7:30 - Activities vary. We do a lot of stuff to help people establish a biblical worldview. We explore the evolution/creation controversy, and we use a lot of resources from Institute for Creation Research and Answers in Genesis. We also teach on practical topics from how to share the gospel to how to raise children. We have lots of singing, concerts, potlucks, bbq's, etc. We often hold this meeting in our fellowship hall so we can have coffee and refreshments during or after service.


Wednesday Nights


7:00-8:30 - AWANA is a Bible club for kids ages 3 through the 6th grade. It's kind of like boy or girl scouts with a biblical/spiritual emphasis. Kids earn points towards awards and other prizes. It's a great way to introduce children to the basics about God and His great love for us.

7:00-8:30 - Teen and Parent Group (TAP). You read that correctly - teens from Jr. High through High School meet with their parents in Bible study. We see a great benefit in families studying together. We don't believe in a generation gap. Many of us meet for dinner at 6:00; you are welcome to join us.

7:30-8:30 - Verse-by-verse Bible study. We are presently in First Thessalonians. This is an informal setting, questions are welcome.
